All of our items are printed in the United States. Most items are manufactured in the U.S. However, for those that aren't, they are manufactured by WRAP certified factories, sweatshop-free, and assembled with parts made in the US. Learn more about how our products are made.
YES. We believe that fashion, especially those promoting an environmental cause, should not harm our environment in the making. At Connected, we only use ethically made, sweatshop-free, and eco-friendly products. Our products are made only from plant-based materials, nothing synthetic. YES. Again, we believe that fashion should not come at a cost to the environment. All inks used for our products are water-based and eco-friendly. In addition, we only print our products to order, meaning nothing goes to waste. Learn more about how our products are made.
It is not unusual to smell a vinegar smell when unpacking your new tee. The smell is from the natural pre-treatment used to help the ink bond with the fabric, and without it the ink would flake off and not last nearly as long. This is only temporary and the first wash will take away the smell.
As most of our products are 100% cotton, high temperature washing or drying can damage the print or shrink the fabric. For the longest life of your garment, machine wash with cold water, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when absolutely necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron printed designs. Do not dry clean.
The best way to clean your hats is to hand wash them instead of placing them in the washing machine. This will help retain their shape and won't diminish the quality of the embroidered design. Use a mild detergent with lukewarm water. Do not bleach. Any spots needing more attention, use a brush with soft bristles.
Shipping & Delivery Time
We do our best to minimize waste in packaging and are always looking to source the best eco-friendly packaging materials. Our packaging materials are either recyclable or biodegradable, depending upon the product being shipped.
We do ship internationally! Currently we ship to the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, and worldwide with only a few exceptions. The only countries that we cannot ship to at the moment are Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Syria, and North Korea, due to legal or shipping carrier limitations. We hope to deliver to these locations soon!

Dependent upon your country, you may be charged additional fees upon delivery. You, the customer, are responsible for any shipping charges, duties and taxes not otherwise collected by Connected Clothing Company. Please consult your countries tax and duties requirements before purchase. Customers are responsible for paying International Customs Charge, when applicable, which is not included with your purchase. If packages are not claimed and sent back to our facility, we will not refund your order.
We only follow the shipping information that you provided at checkout when placing your order. Connected Clothing Company is not liable for lost, held, or mis-delivered items due to an incorrect shipping address. Order confirmations are sent via email as soon as the checkout process is completed for you to confirm the purchase and review its details. If you do realize you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. It is not guaranteed that your address will be corrected in time.
Each of our products are made to order with every purchase, just for you! On average, it takes between 4 and 7 business days for an order to be fulfilled once it is placed. Shipping times are generally between 2 and 6 business days after fulfillment, however orders being sent outside of the United States may take a few days longer. Shipping times may also vary (shorter or longer) depending upon demand.
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as one is available. This tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after it is sent out.
If you ordered multiple products, they may be sent out in separate packages at different times. For all items, you will receive tracking information as soon as it is shipped out.
Please check the tracking number(s) provided with your order to ensure delivery to the correct address. If your package was stolen, please file a report with your local police station and the delivery company. Once your package is shipped, it is the responsibility of the delivery company. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered, but please contact us and we will do everything that we can.
Connected Clothing Company is not liable for lost, held, or mis-delivered items due to an incorrect shipping address. Order confirmations are sent via email as soon as the checkout process is completed for you to confirm the purchase and review its details. We are unable to replace packages that have been delivered to a wrong address. If a package is undeliverable and gets returned to the sender, we will reach out to you.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or refunds. Size exchanges are allowed one time only and only if items are unwashed and unworn in their original condition. Items can be exchanged up to 15 days from the date you receive it. You will have to pay for the return shipping to us, however once we receive it we will issue store credit for the original purchase cost and shipping price of the new item. Please email us at email@example.com to start the size exchange process. Jewelry cannot be exchanged.
If you received a damaged or defective product, or if there was an error with your order, please contact us with photos within 2 days of delivery. We will replace damaged products, however we cannot offer refunds.
